This paper presents a project for the development of an Individual Development Plan (IDP) for the members of the Pharmacy Service at El Cruce Hospital, within an organizational context marked by complexity and constant change. The IDP is proposed as a strategic tool to strengthen technical and soft skills, increase motivation, improve job satisfaction, and align professional growth with institutional goals. The approach combines interviews, surveys, focus groups, and direct observation to identify needs, design tailored actions, and assess progress. Its implementation requires participatory leadership, clear objectives, close support, and recognition of achievements. Expected outcomes include reduced absenteeism, improved talent retention, stronger teamwork, and enhanced service quality and patient safety.
